Spotswood Trail Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee is incurred for an appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice. A charge of $25 is incurred for a 30-minute appointment, a charge of $50 is incurred for a 60-minute appointment, a charge of $75 is incurred for a 90-minute appointment and a charge of $100 is incurred for a 120-minute appointments.
Because of the high rate of cancellation of new clients, we do request a credit card number to hold your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged until you come in for your appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation, your credit card will be charged the above-noted amounts.

Cash, checks and most major credit cards accepted. Checks returned for nonsufficient funds will be charged a $40 fee.
